Representative Fred Upton (R – MI) introduced House Resolution (H.R.) 5175, the “Pipeline and LNG Facility Cybersecurity Preparedness Act,” which would require the Secretary of Energy to implement a program for physical security and cybersecurity for pipelines and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities.
